The Sydney Airport Community Forum generally meets four times a year.

The 2026 meeting schedule is as follows:

Meeting 1: Tuesday 17 March 2026

Meeting 2: Tuesday 16 June 2026

Meeting 3: Tuesday 22 September 2026

Meeting 4: Tuesday 1 December 2026

Members of the public who are not members may attend as observers. Any request to attend as a non-speaking observer must be received by the Chair via the secretariat at SACF@infrastructure.gov.au not less than 10 working days before the scheduled date of the meeting.
